Personal Assisstant to Chairman

Responsibilities :

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Supports an individual in their daily professional or personal life
  • Act as the point of contact between internal/external company
  • Accompany Chairman local and overseas functions and trips
  • Working more closely with management and note taking
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Manage e-mails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary
  • Organize travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodation

 Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 (Preferably graduated from secretary)
  • In-depth knowledge of office management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Have a pleasant personality, trustworthiness and confidentiality
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and writing, good command in English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia and abroad
