Administrative - Internship
Responsibilities:
- Check and control training questionnaire document
- Ensuring all document meets formal required standards
- Sorting, storing, and retrieving softcopy and hardcopy document
- Inputting document and data into the system and ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date
- Ensure documents are met the key times
- Contribute in arranging training and facilitator schedule
- Coordinate or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver training and conduct documentation
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or last year student with an Associate’s degree in records and information management, office administration, secretary and management or relevant major.
- Able to do internship for minimum period of 6 to 12 months
- Passionate about service and administrative activities
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
- Basic to intermediate skills in operating Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
