Administrative - Internship

Responsibilities:

  • Check and control training questionnaire document
  • Ensuring all document meets formal required standards
  • Sorting, storing, and retrieving softcopy and hardcopy document
  • Inputting document and data into the system and ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date
  • Ensure documents are met the key times
  • Contribute in arranging training and facilitator schedule
  • Coordinate or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver training and conduct documentation

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or last year student with an Associate’s degree in records and information management, office administration, secretary and management or relevant major.
  • Able to do internship for minimum period of 6 to 12 months
  • Passionate about service and administrative activities
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
  • Basic to intermediate skills in operating Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
