What we do:

- Understanding Work Culture: We help organizations understand the beliefs, values, behaviors, and overall dynamics that shape the work environment, as well as the gap between current state and management expectations.
- Disclosing Employee Satisfaction: We gather insights from by examining various elements that impact satisfaction encompassing factors such as job satisfaction, leadership, communication, work-life balance, recognition, career development, company values, attractive fixed salary, and other relevant factors.
- Measuring Employee Engagement: We employ advanced tools to measure and assess the levels of engagement among our client’s employees. This data-driven approach enables us to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies that enhance overall employee well-being and engagement.

Our Work:
- We actively collaborated with a government institution to meticulously track and assess the outcomes achieved through their ongoing transformation program. Our comprehensive research not only facilitated a thorough understanding of the current implementation but also yielded invaluable insights into specific areas that demand improvement, offering strategic guidance for the optimization of upcoming programs.
- Worked with a client in the insurance business to reveal client stakeholder’s perception towards services provided by their employees, resulting in an organizational image index. This research measured Employee Satisfaction Index, Employee Engagement Index, gathered client expectation and advice for their services. This endeavour provided valuable insights into how the client is perceived and point improvement, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of their standing in the industry.
- Conducted an in-depth analysis of the performance exhibited by each division within a financial institution, employing it as a benchmark to evaluate the appropriateness and alignment of the work culture prevalent in each division. This meticulous analysis not only serves as a guide but also provides critical insights into the compatibility of the work culture within individual divisions with the overarching goals and standards set forth by the company, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
