In the digital era, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) are key factors in ensuring the continuity of a brand’s relationship with its customers. Beyond enhancing customer satisfaction, effective UI/UX design can increase sales conversions and customer advocacy.

  • What we do:

    • Analyzing Usage Pattern: We conduct an in-depth analysis of usage patterns and customer preferences to uncover the reasoning behind their actions. This process is enriched by cross-industry best practices, providing valuable insights to inform UI/UX design.
    • Inspecting UI/UX: During UI/UX testing, we observe every detail of customer interactions with the system or service, identify user pain points, and highlight any misinterpretations experienced during testing.
    • Uncovering Improvement Points: Improvement recommendations are based on detailed analysis of the testing outcomes, combined with benchmarks and expert judgment. The research findings are further refined with practical suggestions and visualized design enhancements.
  • Our Work:

    • We collaborated with one of Indonesia’s largest banks to design their new mobile banking user interface. Through this partnership, we identified blind spots that became key areas for improvement before the launch.
    • We evaluated the interface and user journey of a pawn service company’s app to optimize the user experience and develop the right approach to boost app downloads through informative communication.
