Collaboration Objective: The goal of this project is to develop a new pricing policy that not only enhances competitiveness and attracts customers but also focuses on profitability and expertise in optimizing asset utilization.

What We Do: We assist the client in evaluating business priorities and asset values by aligning and optimizing the pricing structure. This involves a comprehensive analysis of market dynamics, competitor pricing models, and consumer behavior, as well as identifying optimal pricing points for non-passenger businesses to maximize resource and asset utilization.

Strategic Impact: Within one year of implementing the project, our client achieved a significant profit increase, surpassing IDR 100 billion—a 9% revenue growth compared to the previous year. Additionally, they successfully leveraged their assets, turning them into productive resources.
