Creating New Entertainment Programs.

Rising Issue: Our client, a renowned developer group with extensive experience in tourism area development, is considering launching a new indoor attraction within a mall. While they have a strong track record in traditional tourism ventures, they are uncertain about the market potential for an entertainment area inside the mall.

Collaboration Objective: This collaboration aims to assess the market potential for the new indoor attraction and develop a strategy to monetize other commercial areas within the attraction, such as restaurants.

What We Do: In this project, we initiated Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and concept testing with potential customers to gather information on their preferences and expectations. We then conducted a thorough market analysis using various data sources to ensure market potential. Finally, we developed a comprehensive plan to map the customer experience, identifying critical touchpoints that not only offer valid information but also stimulate additional spending opportunities in the area.

Strategic Impact: Our client successfully launched the new entertainment attraction, which not only overcame the challenges posed by the pandemic but also continues to develop. It remains a source of excitement for families and offers an exceptional experience at a reasonable price. As a result, this venture has proven to be meaningful and profitable, sustaining its success over time.
