    • Assisted a cargo logistic company in assessing their brand effectiveness through evaluation of conversion rate on each customer path from awareness, appeal, ask, act and advocate. Additionally, the same evaluation was also conducted to competitor brands in order to fully understand how well our client’s brand is performing across the cargo logistics market landscape.
    • A vehicle lubricant company faced a downturn in their profitability and required insight into the performance of their brand to identify their weakness.
